Who we are
The Gallatin Arts Council is a private, non-profit 501c3 tax deductible organization organized in 1988. Our mission is to support and encourage the growth of artists and the arts in our community by providing cultural activities of educational and entertainment value for citizens of all ages and backgrounds. Our board of director are all volunteers.
We are advocates for the creative arts. Won't you become an advocate by purchasing a specialty license plate and becoming a member of Tennesseans for the Arts at www.tn4arts.org
What we do
We encourage art education for our community's children. The Gallatin Arts Council currently supports a variety of "Art in Schools" programs encouraging students involvement in the arts.
The Gallatin Arts Council awards a two-year scholarship annually to an exceptional Gallatin, TN graduate from Gallatin High School or Station Camp High School who excels in the creative arts. To learn more
We keep the community informed of upcoming art and cultural events through email and Art Alerts. Sign up today to receive current arts information in the community.
We began Arts-Link, a series of arts programs in an effort to encourage our community to think of the downtown area as a destination for art and cultural entertainment and to be a part of the revitalization
What we ask of you
