Gallatin Arts Council Scholarship
Presented for Outstanding Participation in the Arts
Eligibility
1. One Scholarship may be awarded to an outstanding student from the Fine Arts Department at either Gallatin High School or Station Camp High School.

2. Two years minimum participation in at least one field of study with the Fine Arts Department.

3. Minimum of 2.50 grade point average.

4. A student that is entering any accredited post secondary education.

5. Must be a student in good standing and have a recommendation from the instructor in the area in which they have participated.

6. Must have turned in a completed application by the school's established deadline.

Selection
The selection of the recipient will be made by a committee to consist of representatives from Gallatin High School and Station Camp High School and two representatives from the Gallatin Arts Council.

Presentation
To be made by a representative of the Gallatin Arts Council during the school's Senior Honors Night.

Purpose
To reward a student who has been an outstanding participant of the Arts and to foster a life-long love for the Arts.

Amount

The scholarship is in the amount of $2000 to be divided into equal payments over four (4) continuous semesters. The student must maintain a 2.50 grade point average and be enrolled as a full time student to continue eligibility. The money will be paid to the institution in which the student is enrolled.
